FIRST VISIT
On your initial visit to our office, we want you to feel comfortable and cared for. Our staff will check you in at the front desk and answer all financial questions you may have. We will then give you a tour of office and develop a plan to treat your specific needs and desires. If any treatment is needed, our financial coordinator will prepare a treatment plan for you along with the associated fees. The treatment plan and fees will be explained to you in detail, along with your insurance, before we begin.

If you have any recent X-rays (within 6 months) from a previous dentist, you can bring them in or request that they be forwarded to our office prior to your appointment.
* Please alert the office if you are allergic to any medications (i.e. penicillin, sulfa, latex, etc.) or if you need to be pre-medicated prior to your dental cleaning due to any joint replacements, heart murmur, etc.
